Saaga Travel - your partner in Northern Finland. We are more than a transport company with our own buses, we offer our own trips and packages on various topics for small groups. We want to offer our guests authentic experiences to get to know the country and its people.

Our latest product is called "FINNISH HAPPINESS - Live like a Finn - 6 days". For the fourth year in a row, Finland was named the happiest country in the world by the UN World Happiness Report 2021. During this new tour we will look for the sources of modern Finnish happiness. One of the highlights of the tour is encounters with real Finns, who use their own life stories to illustrate what Finnish happiness is based on.

Our main areas of operation are the Oulu region and Lapland in northern Finland. However, it is possible to start tours from other locations in Finland. We are a charter bus and DMC / incoming tour operator based in Oulu, Northern Finland. Our charter fleet ranges from VIP limousines and minibuses to modern tourist buses from 48-seater to a 79-seater double-decker bus.

We have ready-made packages and tours on various topics in Northern Finland, but we can also put together tailor-made packages. With our own tours, we are aimed at small high-end groups (8-15 people) who value good service and authentic experiences.

Due to its easy accessibility, Oulu is an ideal starting point for any tour in northern Finland and northern Scandinavia. Oulu Airport is the second busiest in Finland with several daily flights from Helsinki. The flight time is about 1 hour. All trains from Helsinki to Lapland stop in Oulu.
