Compared to setting up and running your own event, you have much less work and financial risk when you buy the complete package directly from us.

In addition, we take care of the marketing towards the tour operators and send personal invitations to relevant tour operators. We send a targeted newsletter with information about your event. After the digital event, we also take care of the follow-up service. We create a survey that we send to all participating tour operators and you receive all their answers as a pdf report.

#DigitalEvents is suitable for companies or organizations that represent companies in the tourism industry with a focus on B2B collaboration. These can be projects with partners companies in the border regions, regional tourism organizations
or destination management organizations (DMOs) that manage the internationalization process of associated tourism businesses.

I vårt erbjudande ingår det 20 platser för företag eller destinationsrepresentanter och ni kan själv bestämma hur mycket ni tar betalt från era deltagande företag utifrån er intern beräkning ifall uppläget är inte täckt av projektpengar eller annan tillgänglig budget. 

 

Vad är NordicCommunity?
Vi använder Converve i flera år för våra digitala evenemang och har just inledd en större kooperation.
Vår nya format - som vi kallar NordicCommunity -  bygger på många års erfarenhet med att bygga broar mellan den nordiska turismen och researrangörer med fokus Centraleuropa.
Den nya överenskommelsen har tanken att etablera en community-plattform. Det innebär att plattformen kommer att vara tillgänglig året runt för evenemang, möten och webbinarier, både för researrangörer och leverantörer från de nordiska och baltiska länderna.
Vi erbjuder konkurrenskraftiga priser och samtidigt vårt bekanta serviceutbud från inbjudningar av relevanta researrangörer över genomförande av evenemanget inklusive supporten till ett detaljerat uppföljningsarbete.
