Compared to setting up and running your own event, you have much less work and financial risk when you buy the complete package directly from us.

In addition, we take care of the marketing towards the tour operators and send personal invitations to relevant tour operators. We send a targeted newsletter with information about your event. After the digital event, we also take care of the follow-up service. We create a survey that we send to all participating tour operators and you receive all their answers as a pdf report.

Digital Events is suitable for companies or organizations that represent companies in the tourism industry with a focus on B2B collaboration. These can be projects with partners companies in the border regions, regional tourism organizations
or destination management organizations (DMOs) that manage the internationalization process of associated tourism businesses.

What are the benefits of Digital Events?
A big advantage of buying the event from us is that you get the whole setup and without having to manage the communication with Converve. Our offer includes 20 seats for companies or destination representatives and you can decide how much you charge your participating companies based on your internal calculation in case the set-up is not covered by project money or other available budget. 

What is NordicCommunity?

We have been using Converve for several years for our digital events and have just started a major cooperation.
Our new format - which we call NordicCommunity - builds on years of experience in building bridges between Nordic tourism and tour operators with a focus on Central Europe.
The new agreement has the idea of establishing a community platform. This means that the platform will be available all year round for events, meetings and webinars, both for tour operators and suppliers from the Nordic and Baltic countries.
We offer competitive prices and at the same time our familiar range of services from invitations of relevant tour operators over the implementation of the event including the support to a detailed follow-up work.
