FAQ
Each meeting is 12 minutes long, there are 36 meetings on two days. As a buyer, you are seated, the suppliers come to your table - so unlike many other sales workshops, you can stay seated.
The bell will ring a couple of minutes before and at the end of each appointment so all move smoothly on.
Around 3 weeks before, all buyers and suppliers will be sent an email to select their preferred 18 suppliers they would like to meet. Nearly all of these will be confirmed as will those suppliers who requested an appointment with you. Therefore the agendas are generally pretty full with well matched appointments.
There are 4 open appointments included in the 36 which can be made on the day.
There are coffee breaks and a lunch break with vegetarian food for all participants.
Participation in the workshop is free of charge for buyers.
Arrival and departure must be organised by the participants themselves.
We recommend to stay at the workshop location, Hotel Tivoli.
Registration is possible until one month before the event. Places may still be available for last-minute registrations until 14 January (participation not guaranteed).
Dress code is business casual. It may be rather cold during this period, so bring warm clothes especially for the welcome reception.
