We draw up a questionnaire
The process starts with the preparation of questions. A questionnaire is always about a specific topic, e.g. a new product, travel trends, how attractive a destination is, etc. The questionnaire is developed in collaboration with the customer and is designed to meet the tourism operator's unique needs. The questionnaire is done in English

Translations
The tour operator survey is aimed at two target groups: The DACH market and the Benelux countries. We usually prepare the questionnaire in English to make the answers available to everyone unfiltered. If necessary, NordicMarketing takes care of the translations from English to German.

We send the questionnaire
The questionnaire will be sent to 25-50 tour operators. NordicMarketing selects which tour operators, based on their product portfolio and specialization. Initially, we only seek interaction with relevant partners.

Reporting
The end result of the tour operator survey is a report where we collect all the responses and create a summary. In our experience, the response rate is usually between 50 and 95%. You will receive the results in English.
