On a sales tour organized by NordicMarketing you attend several individual sales meetings with international tour operators in Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands. The customized sales tour is intended for skilled tourism companies and destinations with previous sales experiences in international travel trade. Beside a regional organization or a representative of a DMC, additional 3 to 4 company representatives can join the sales tour. Duration, content and time schedule will be individually agreed with each client.

  • We arrange individual sales appointments with tour operators on the DACH (Germany, Switzerland) or Benelux markets (Netherlands, Belgium).
  • We choose and matchmake potential buyers by segments based on your product offering.
  • We are able to choose the most suitable tour operator contacts with our continuously updated database.
  • We customize the sales appointments according to your needs.
  • We provide you with detailed tour operator profiles in advance including company profiles, contacts and background information.
  • We arrange the complete sales tour and plan the whole trip, including booking of (public) transportation and accommodation in Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands and/or Belgium.
  • We - Jan Badur (Germany, Switzerland) or Suvi Ahola (Netherlands, Belgium) - guide the sales tour and assist during the meetings if needed.
  • We use the product manual (if you have one created by us) as a sales tool and hand it out to the tour operators.
  • We provide tour operators with a follow-up including your material and contact information, etc. afterwards.
  • We send an electronic survey to the tour operators you met to get a feedback about their intention to launch new products in the presented destination.
  • We provide you with their feedback that can be used for further product development.
