Digital Sales Events & Workshops by NordicMarketing
What are Digital Sales Events & Workshops?
Our digital sales workshops combine the best of two worlds. A concise webinar introduces the destination, its products and unique selling points. This is followed by structured matchmaking sessions where suppliers and buyers meet in focused one-to-one conversations.
The focus is always on Northern Europe, with carefully selected target groups and thorough preparation. This ensures no random encounters, but qualified conversations that save time and create real business opportunities.
Designed as a digital sales event, the format brings together knowledge transfer, personal exchange and efficient networking.
Benefits for partners
Our digital sales events are designed specifically for tour operators:
- Compact product insights
Buyers receive a clear and structured overview of new products and destinations. - Efficient scheduling
Pre-arranged meetings ensure direct contact with relevant suppliers. - Personal connections
Despite the digital format, personal exchange remains central. Short, focused and effective.
No trade fair stress, no long journeys. Just full focus on new products.
How a Digital Sales Event works
The process starts with registration and matchmaking. After creating a profile, participants indicate markets, interests, product needs and availability. A personal calendar is automatically synchronised. The event opens with a compact kick-off webinar introducing the focus destination. Within 45 to 60 minutes, participants gain an overview of the market, products and seasonal highlights, followed by a short Q&A session. This webinar helps prioritise the upcoming one-to-one meetings.
At the heart of the event are the one-to-one networking slots, each lasting ten to twenty minutes. In these short, focused video calls, buyers meet suppliers directly. A proven structure applies: one to two minutes for buyer needs, six to seven minutes for product fit, and one to two minutes to define next steps. This keeps conversations concrete, targeted and results-oriented.
The event concludes with follow-up. Participants receive a summary email with all presentations and a contact overview, providing everything needed to clarify open questions, request further information and plan next steps.
