Connecting with the travel industry – together with Tallink Silja Line, Visit Estonia and additional Nordic partners

From May 21–23, 2025, the Nordic Experience Tour took place in Germany – a three-day roadshow through Munich, Frankfurt and Düsseldorf, with Tallink Silja Line, Visit Estonia and other partners from Finland and Estonia. The goal: to bring together tour operators, travel agencies and travel professionals from the DACH region in a relaxed setting and provide inspiration for new travel products.

What is the Nordic Experience Tour?

The tour consists of three networking events, each without fixed 1:1 meetings – instead offering plenty of time for informal conversations, culinary highlights and a touch of Nordic atmosphere. The program followed a similar structure in all three cities:

  • Welcome drink
  • Opening & partner introductions
  • Dinner or brunch
  • Open networking
  • Prize draw (Nordic Experience Passport)

Three cities, three vibes

The tour kicked off in Munich on May 21 at the elegant Künstlerhaus – with 27 travel professionals in attendance, it was a lively and successful opening. The spacious venue and strong turnout created a dynamic atmosphere full of engaging conversations.

On May 22, the tour moved to Frankfurt, where 18 industry participants gathered at Scandic Museumsufer. The event was slightly more intimate, but no less engaging – with plenty of time for meaningful dialogue.

The final stop was in Düsseldorf on May 23, with a brunch event at the Van der Valk Airporthotel. In a smaller setting, participants deepened previous conversations and made valuable new connections.

A strong network of Nordic partners

The following partners joined the full tour and presented their destinations and services in a personal, passionate, and engaging way:
