Nordic Choice Hotels and Skanör Falsterbo Strandbad AB are planning a hotel resort

Nordic Choice Hotels, together with the landowner Skanör Falsterbo Strandbad AB, has received a grant from the municipality of Vellinge to build a hotel. The location of the new hotel is right next to the Falsterbo Strandbad. The existing building will be part of the new hotel and become the heart of catering, wellness and meetings. The new building will be built with an architecture that adapts to nature, history and the unique surroundings of the area.

The approx. 153 hotel rooms, SPA and conference areas tie in with the town's 100-year history as a seaside resort and aim to become a meeting place for both Falsterbo residents and international visitors looking for a first-class experience. The project is in a phase where a detailed plan is being developed together with the municipality of Vellinge. The goal is to start building the hotel within 5-6 years.
