IHG® Hotels & Resorts signs contracts for hotels in Stockholm

The Crowne Plaza and the Holiday Inn Express Stockholm Arlanda Airport will be part of IHG® Hotels & Resorts in the future. The company recently signed the contracts with the ownership Björnbäckens Fastighets AB.

This move strengthens IHG's presence in the Nordic markets and underlines the company's growth ambitions in Sweden.

The Crowne Plaza will have 120 rooms, while the Holiday Inn Express will have 300 rooms. A conference center with a wide range of services, a gym, a bar and a restaurant will cater for guests' well-being. The location is excellent and ideal for both leisure and business travelers. 

The two hotels are expected to open in 2026.
