Oslo Airport has the highest rate of timely departures in Europe

The airport in the Norwegian capital Oslo had the most punctual departures in Europe in 2022. Around 76.2% of all departures take off on schedule.

In terms of arrivals, Oslo Airport is in third place, with Madrid and Rome taking the top two spots.

Norway's most important airport recorded around 199 000 take-offs and landings in 2022. The busiest period was the summer.

The airport was also named the best airport for climate-friendly landings in Europe.
