The product manual suits tourism projects or destinations who are interested in a cooperation with travel trade on the Central European market selling Scandinavia. As a part of our whole marketing concept the product manual is a fundament that unites all the important information of every single suppliers of your project in one working tool.
The product manual will be used for travel trade/ tour operators only.
The product manuals are used during sales tours in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium, during sales workshops and fairs in Finland, Sweden and Norway as well as during ITB Berlin.
Most commonly we produce manuals in English and German. Product information should be submitted in English; our team takes care of German translations.

We are regularly updating our standard layout for premium product manuals. However we are very flexible in customizing colors and fonts according to your wishes or project requirements.
For each manual we create a separate price list. As our product manuals are targeted at tour operators we need net rates or consumer rates incl. commission. Our price lists only contain example "starting from" rates. You can share detailed price lists with us which we will make available for tour operators.
No, your rates are not meant for public. That means, rates are only available for tour operators on request and won't be published on our website.
In terms of the tour operator mailing, recipients need to authenticate themselves using their e-mail address.
In terms of print versions, there will be a separate price list handed out to tour operators receiving the product manual.
This is always dependent on either our agreement or the project's framework conditions.

We use an online tool (GatherContent) to gather product information. Upon registration, participating companies receive an invitation to their own product card(s) and can easily submit product information and visual material online.
Our online product cards are carefully designed for different product categories such as destination, accommodation, restaurant, attraction, activity and DMC.
The number of product cards per companies differs depending on the company type. A product card gathering basic information about the company is standard for everyone.
Yes, in that case it is possible to directly update product information in the online tool.

10 pages are minimum. From our side, there is no maximum number of pages but we recommend to not overload the manual with information but rather concentrate on products that are of high potential for the target markets.
Good to keep in mind in terms of binding: If a saddle stitch binding is favored, the total page number needs to be divisible by four and should not exceed 60 pages in total.
We will only print a limited number of product manuals in each language. Product manuals will be distributed to tour operators only e.g. during sales calls or fairs.
The product manual mailing always contains 4 screenshots of the manual as well as link to download the online version.
If there is a separate price list, tour operators can download it by authenticating themselves via e-mail address.
