New night train and long-distance connections between Germany and Scandinavia
An EU pilot project aims to connect metropolises in Europe faster and more frequently by train. The first connections are to be realized as early as this summer.
Several routes from Germany to Scandinavia are planned. For example, a new night train between Berlin - Copenhagen and Stockholm. Meanwhile, a new Flixtrain connection is to run from Leipzig via Berlin to Copenhagen and on to Stockholm. Furthermore, guests from Prague are to enjoy a new connection to Copenhagen via Berlin. A day train will soon bring travelers from Hamburg to Gothenburg.
More on the new train connections in Europe.
