Holland Norway Lines launches a cruise ferry service from Eemshaven (Netherlands) to Kristiansand (Norway)

A new ferry service for passengers and vehicles from Eemshaven  to Kristiansand is being launched by Holland Norway Lines. From this week, travellers can book their journey. The first crossing will take place on 7 April 2022. The new route will connect the regions of Northern Netherlands and Southern Norway with a modern cruise ferry that ensures a comfortable journey.

The route offers new options for reaching the Netherlands and Europe in an easy and convenient way. This strengthens both regions, connects the Netherlands with Scandinavia and fits into the vision of sustainable tourism. The cruise ferry MS Romantika, which will operate on the Eemshaven-Kristiansand route, is equipped with sustainable techniques and systems. The ship carries not only passengers, but also cars (including motorhomes/caravans) and trucks. Three times a week, the MS Romantika departs from Eemshaven to Kristiansand. There is also a return service to the Netherlands, also 3 times a week.
