Our Story

More than 20 years of connecting the travel industry

NordicMarketing was founded in 2004 with a clear vision: helping tourism businesses from Northern Europe reach the European travel trade.

What started as a specialised tourism marketing agency has continuously evolved. Alongside traditional sales activities, we introduced digital platforms, market intelligence tools and new matchmaking formats that make international cooperation easier and more effective.

Today, NordicMarketing is a trusted partner for destinations, tourism organisations and travel companies across the Nordic and Baltic countries. Through digital events, Sales Tours, FAM Trips, Product Manuals and our annual NORDEUROPA event, we connect suppliers with tour operators across Europe.

NordicMarketing is founded

NordicMarketing is established in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, with the vision of promoting tourism from the Nordic countries in the German-speaking market.

First B2B Marketing Activities

The first NordicMarketing website goes live, followed by the launch of German-language B2B newsletters connecting Nordic tourism suppliers with tour operators.

New Office in Bochum

NordicMarketing relocates its headquarters to Bochum, Germany, creating the foundation for further growth and expanding its activities across Europe.
