Premium hospitality meets Nordic innovation in the heart of Stockholm's ICT hub

IHG Hotels & Resorts has re-entered the Swedish market through a franchise agreement with Mogotel and development partner Revelop, launching voco Stockholm Kista. This move underlines IHG's commitment to growth in emerging markets such as Sweden.

The voco brand, known for its premium experience, combines the individual charm of a hotel with the security of a global brand. Located in the northern part of Stockholm in Kista, a hub for information and communication technology, the voco Stockholm Kista hotel will offer 201 rooms, personalized meeting rooms, a restaurant, a lobby bar, a fitness room, a rooftop spa with an indoor pool and a rooftop garden with panoramic views.

Completion of the project is scheduled for the end of 2024. Revelop and Mogotel are excited to bring this unique guest experience to Stockholm Kista, with a focus on sustainability and growth in the Swedish market. The project expands IHG Hotels & Resorts' presence in the Nordics and complements existing properties in Denmark and Finland.
