Scandic Go launches another hotel on Kungsholmen in Stockholm

Scandic's new hotel brand is called Scandic Go and the first hotel will open in September on Upplandsgatan in Stockholm. Another Scandic Go hotel will open at Fridhemsplan on Kungsholmen island at the end of summer 2024.

The location at Fridhemsplan is an important gateway to central Stockholm. It is a bustling environment with residential buildings, restaurants, bars, shops and extensive green spaces, attracting leisure and business travellers alike.

Compact hotel rooms and space-saving common areas fit into Scandic Go's new concept. The expansion will further strengthen the hotel and product offering in Stockholm. The new brand's focus is on good value, inviting design, smooth self-service and round-the-clock breakfast and hot food. Scandic Go rooms will have a youthful design with smart solutions and clever storage options.
