Fjord Line moves port of call from Langesund to Kristiansand
The ships MS Stavangerfjord and MS Bergensfjord, which are currently undergoing conversion, will resume operations in May / June and operate on the Bergen-Stavanger-Hirtshals-Kristiansand route. There are no more crossings to Langesund.
In this way, Fjord Line aims to strengthen the route from Hirtshals to Kristiansand. Passengers should benefit from a fantastic year-round offer and a wide choice of daily crossings. The catamaran Fjord FSTR will complement the offer on this sea connection in spring, summer and autumn.
The crossing with MS Bergensfjord/MS Stavangerfjord on the Hirtshals - Kristiansand route takes 3 hours and 55 minutes. The catamaran fast ferry Fjord FSTR takes 2 hours and 25 minutes for the route.
Langesund has been one of Fjord Line's fixed ports of call since 2014. Travellers who have already booked a crossing to / from Langesund will be automatically rebooked. Changes and refunds are possible.
