Finnair introduces new pricing and channel modernization
From the beginning of 2023, Finnair will introduce new pricing in modern distribution channels. Customers will no longer experience large price increases between booking classes in the future.
The aim is to achieve more competitive pricing through Finnair.com and the Finnair Mobile App, as well as through NDC-enabled channels for agent partners.
Finnair aims to modernize distribution through these measures. By the end of 2025, the airline aims to be fully on board with modern digital distribution and to phase out the old EDIFACT content. The company aims to transition to modern digital distribution that enables customers to select services relevant to their journeys according to their needs and preferences.
