Survey highlights strong service quality and customer loyalty

Viking Line has once again been ranked as the ferry operator with the most satisfied and loyal customers in the latest “Laivaliikenne 2026” survey. In particular, the Helsinki–Tallinn route achieved the highest customer satisfaction score among all ferry connections between Finland, Sweden and Estonia included in the study.

In addition to customer satisfaction, Viking Line also received top scores for service quality, product quality, customer loyalty and value for money. According to the survey, passengers especially appreciate the smooth travel experience, personal service and overall onboard atmosphere.

Digital services are also playing an increasingly important role: the Viking Line app is now actively used by a large share of passengers and offers features such as check-in, digital cabin keys and personalised offers.

The results further strengthen Viking Line’s position in ferry traffic between Finland, Sweden and Estonia.
