Lufthansa is announcing an expansion of its flight offerings from Munich and Frankfurt for the summer. The airline is setting its sights on new European destinations and offering travelers even more opportunities to explore fascinating places in Northern Europe.

Twice weekly from Munich to Trondheim

Lufthansa will be flying twice weekly from Munich to Trondheim from April 28. Norway's third largest city impresses with its rich history, characterized by medieval architecture and a lively cultural scene. The city is home to the imposing Nidaros Cathedral, a Gothic cathedral and landmark that attracts numerous visitors every year. The picturesque location on the Trondheim Fjord and the lively city life make Trondheim an ideal destination for a long weekend in the far north.
