Helsinki collects ideas and proposals for development as a tourist city

This spring, the City of Helsinki is collecting ideas and suggestions for Helsinki's development as a tourist city. The ongoing survey involves not only the city's residents, but also tourism businesses in the Helsinki area and student associations.

The responses collected will feed into the work of the Helsinki Tourism and Destination Management Department. Suggestions can be made on any tourism-related topic, such as the city's tourism infrastructure, destinations, transport, services, cleanliness or events.

The online survey "Helsinki's Targets of Tourism Development" will run until 20 March 2023 in Finnish, Swedish and English. The results are to be published on Thursday, 30 March 2023, at 16:00 in the lobby of the City Hall.
