Train connection from Hamburg to Stockholm officially opened

Trains between Hamburg and the Swedish capital Stockholm have been running again since 20.02.2023. The overnight journey takes around twelve and a half hours; tickets are available from 35 euros.

On Monday, 20.02.2023, the daily new route opened in Hamburg. From 35 euros, passengers can travel comfortably overnight from Germany to Sweden. Seats are offered in the seating, couchette or sleeping cars. Those looking for peace and quiet will find it in the elegantly furnished sleeping cabins with their own WC and shower.

From the end of March, the route will be extended and the trains will continue from Hamburg to Berlin.
