Matka Travel Fair 2027
Pre and Post Tours
Matka Travel Fair and Matka Workshop Day have selected NordicMarketing as the operator and coordinator of the 2027 Pre and Post Tour programmes.
NordicMarketing offers tour organisers three service levels. The packages are designed for different types of organisations based on their experience, available resources and need for support.
To organise a tour, the lead organiser must participate in Matka Travel Fair and/or Matka Workshop Day. In addition, the companies included in the tour programme should participate in the event as exhibitors.
Why Organise a Pre or Post Tour?
A Pre or Post Tour gives your destination and its tourism services the opportunity to be experienced first-hand by international buyers while key travel industry professionals are already in Finland for Matka Travel Fair and Matka Workshop Day.
A well-organised tour increases destination awareness, strengthens business relationships and supports the development of new commercial partnerships.
If the same destination management organisation or tourism development project purchases both a Pre Tour and a Post Tour service package from NordicMarketing, meaning a total of two tours, a 20% discount will be applied to the combined price of the service packages.
The discount applies only to the prices of NordicMarketing’s service packages. It does not apply to additional work, travel and accommodation expenses or costs charged by external service providers.
