A new destination in central Stuttgart
Recently renovated, the hotel sits in the heart of the city and is designed to attract business travelers, event attendees and leisure guests alike. The opening celebration marked Scandic’s official arrival in Baden-Württemberg’s capital.
Stuttgart: A strategic market with strong demand
Known for its automotive heritage, thriving tech sector and dynamic startup scene, Stuttgart is one of Germany’s major economic engines. Growing tourism and high demand from business travelers make it a strategic addition to Scandic’s portfolio.
Strengthening the German footprint: Eight hotels and more to come
With the opening of Scandic Stuttgart Europaviertel, Scandic now operates eight hotels in key German cities, including Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich and Nuremberg — totaling around 2,600 rooms. Three additional German hotels are already in the pipeline, supporting Scandic’s updated 2030 growth goals.
