New SAS route connects Helsinki Airport to Oslo, enhancing Nordic travel options

SAS is set to launch a new route connecting Helsinki Airport with Oslo, the capital of Norway, starting from October 29, 2023. This service will be available six days a week during the winter season. The operation of the Helsinki–Oslo route will continue until the end of March 2024, serving travelers every day except Saturdays.

Finavia's Senior Vice President responsible for route development, Petri Vuori, expresses enthusiasm about this development, stating that the addition of the Helsinki Airport to Oslo route will enhance Finland's connectivity with other Nordic capitals. This expansion complements SAS's existing extensive network of routes from Finavia airports. Besides Oslo, SAS also offers multiple daily flights from Helsinki Airport to Copenhagen and Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Additionally, SAS provides daily flights from Turku and Vaasa airports to Stockholm Arlanda.
