ITB 2023 will take place as a trade fair exclusively and will already begin on Tuesday, 7 March 2023

For a long time now, many companies and destinations have been requesting an ITB without end-customer days. Finally, Berlin is responding to this wish: From 2023 onwards, the trade fair, which starts on Monday evening with the opening ceremony, will only be open to trade and industry professionals.

In addition, the days of the week on which the show will take place have also changed: Contrary to what was originally announced, the next ITB Berlin will no longer be held from Wednesday to Sunday, but on three consecutive days from Tuesday to Thursday (7 to 9 March 2023). In the past, Friday was the last day of the B2B trade fair, which resulted in quite a few visitors leaving the event site very early in order to be home in time for the weekend.

What remains of the virtual formats of the last two years are the functional elements. The "ITB Berlin Convention" will continue to take place live at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds parallel to the show, and selected sessions will be streamed on itb.com. In addition, digital services will be offered around the live event.
