Havila Kystruten breathes a sigh of relief: funding is secured

The Norwegian shipping company Havila Kystruten has found a solution for the financing of its fleet. New lenders are taking over around 370 million euros, thereby also covering the payment for the new ships Havila Polaris and Havila Pollux.

However, the commissioning of the new vessels is delayed. The Havila Polaris is expected to set sail from the end of December 2022 and the Havila Pollux from the end of March 2023.

The shipping company is trying to find alternatives for the existing bookings and will contact the guests.
