Finnair again voted best airline in Northern Europe

Finnair at the Skytrax Awards 2024: Best Airline in Northern Europe and other awards

Air travellers have voted Finnair the best airline in Northern Europe in the Skytrax 2024 World Airline Awards for the 14th consecutive year. This award is considered the "Oscars of the airline industry" and is based on the world's largest annual passenger satisfaction survey. Finnair was also recognised as the best cabin crew in Northern Europe and the cleanest airline in Europe, ranking 23rd in the world.

Finnair continuously invests in the customer experience and recently completed a 200 million euro refurbishment of its long-haul cabins. In addition, a new, larger Finnair Lounge was opened in the Schengen area of Helsinki Airport. Further investments are planned, including cabin refurbishment of the regional E190 aircraft, to further enhance the travelling experience.
