New benefits, higher tiers, and more personal rewards for 3.5 million members
Tallink Silja Line is introducing a new era for its Club One loyalty program, enhancing the travel experience for nearly 3.5 million customers across the Baltic Sea region. Starting 28 October 2025, members will gradually gain access to all updated features – including new membership numbers, an improved rewards structure, and a more personalised digital experience. All updates will be applied automatically, requiring no action from customers.
“Club One is more than just a loyalty program – it’s a gateway to one of the most enjoyable travel experiences in the Baltic Sea region,” says Piret Mürk-Dubout, Management Board Member of Tallink Grupp AS. “We know our passengers value flexibility and personalisation, so we’re introducing a system that’s both more rewarding and more relevant to today’s travelers.”
Four membership levels, including new Platinum tier
The renewed program introduces individual accounts to replace the former household-based system, allowing members to earn and redeem rewards in a more personal way. There will now be four membership tiers instead of three – adding a Platinum level for the most loyal and frequent travellers. No member will lose their current status; in fact, some will be automatically upgraded to a higher tier.
New members will instantly enjoy exclusive discounts, attractive partner offers, and a range of travel benefits across Tallink Silja Line’s ferries, hotels, and restaurants.
Easier tracking and family rewards
Club One continues to use a points-based system for travel and onboard purchases, which can be redeemed for discounts. Members can manage their rewards, benefits, and status conveniently through their online account or the Club One mobile app, both redesigned for easier navigation.
A completely new feature allows customers to form family groups of up to eight members, making it easier for families to collect and share points – even children’s points will now contribute to the shared total.
A long-standing loyalty success
Launched in 2007, Club One is one of the largest and oldest loyalty programs in the Baltic Sea region, with 3.47 million users mainly in Finland, Estonia, and Sweden.
