Strawberry acquires Hotel Sveitsi in Southern Finland

The renowned Hotel Sveitsi is joining Strawberry's expanding hotel portfolio

Hotel Sveitsi will soon be integrated into the portfolio of the Nordic hotel company Strawberry. Located in the heart of the picturesque and pristine Hyvinkää nature area in Southern Finland, the hotel is a key part of the local leisure center.

Strawberry will become the new hotel operator once the necessary regulatory approvals are secured. This acquisition stems from a 10-year lease agreement between Strawberry and the owner, Sveitsi Kiinteistörahasto Oy. The impressive Hotel Sveitsi is set to become a valued addition to the Strawberry hotel chain, bringing a unique offering to the Nordic hotel market.

The 182-room hotel is a haven for active and nature-loving individuals. The hotel is adjacent to a cinema, group sports facilities, event venues, and spaces for indoor sports and adventure activities. Additionally, there are tennis courts and access to two golf courses on the premises. For dining, the hotel offers two restaurants and bars. The hotel's interior features a Nordic style, characterized by high-quality design, soothing colors, and natural materials.
