The introduction of this route will offer travelers a convenient and direct connection to the Arctic, enhancing accessibility to one of the world’s most unique destinations.

Stremthening travel connections
The partnership between SAS and Air Greenland remains strong through their ongoing commercial agreement, offering seamless connectivity between Greenland and SAS’ extensive global network. This route further solidifies Copenhagen as a key hub for Scandinavian and international travel, and SAS’ commitment to enhancing access to the Arctic region.
Nuuk: A growing travel destination
The summer flight route will not only facilitate easier access to Nuuk, but also showcase Greenland’s natural beauty. National Geographic recently highlighted Greenland as one of the top 25 places to visit in 2025, and with this new route, SAS is playing a pivotal role in positioning Greenland as a must-visit destination for global travelers.
With SAS’ new route, Nuuk will become a more accessible destination for those seeking untouched wilderness and authentic Arctic adventures. SAS is proud to be part of this journey and to bring more international travelers to Greenland's spectacular landscapes.
