New bus service Stockholm-Arlanda and Nynäshamn, Gotland

Travel comfortably from Stockholm-Arlanda by bus and ferry to Gotland from May 03, 2024

Starting May 3, 2024, travelers will enjoy a new, convenient bus service from Stockholm-Arlanda Airport to Nynäshamn, offering direct access to ferries bound for Gotland. This enhancement is part of an upgraded transportation network, streamlining journeys for tour operators and their clients.

Operated by Destination Gotland, the bus route connects to 15 key stops. Additionally, a corresponding bus service is available back to the airport upon ferry arrival in Nynäshamn, facilitating seamless travel for those heading to or from Gotland.

The buses cover diverse routes, such as:

Stockholm C – Nynäshamn Uppsala – Arlanda – Stockholm – Nynäshamn Västerås – Enköping – Strängnäs – Södertälje – Nynäshamn

and

Linköping – Norrköping – Västervik – Oskarshamn Jönköping – Nässjö – Vetlanda – Oskarshamn Växjö – Lessebo – Kalmar – Oskarshamn

Tickets for the transfer buses can be easily obtained when booking the ferry on Destination Gotland's website. Departure times are synchronized with ferry arrivals and departures in Oskarshamn and Nynäshamn.

Offering free onboard Wi-Fi and ensuring a comfortable journey without the need for additional transportation, these buses provide a hassle-free experience. Tickets remain valid for at least 3 months from purchase, and children aged 0-12 travel free when accompanied by an adult.
