Helsinki Christmas Market held in the Market Square

Helsinki Christmas Market opens at the end of November 

The Helsinki Christmas Market will be held in the city's Market Square this year. From 27 November, around 100 small and independent artisans, artists and 11 cafés as well as other gastronomic establishments will offer their goods at the market. 

Due to the current work to renew the lighting at Senate Square, the Christmas Market will be temporarily relocated to the Square by the Sea this year. The market will also extend to the old Flower Market, home to the city's famous Havis Amanda statue. More about the Christmas market.
