Syöte Visitor Centre & Syöte National Park 

Syöte Visitor Centre is a handsome log castle by the gates of Syöte National Park. At the temporary exhibition, you can sense the presence of history and hear the whispering spruces. The exhibition presents the history of the interaction between man and nature in the backwoods of Syöte. While sipping a cup of coffee, you can follow birdlife or relax watching nature films.

Poro-Panuma

Poro-Panuma is a reindeer farm and the home of three families in the middle of the peaceful wilderness area. No less than seven generations have already been practicing reindeer husbandry at Poro-Panuma. Our farm is located in the Panuma village, which is one of the oldest villages of the southern reindeer husbandry area. In our farm you will get to know a lot about the traditional knowledge and skills of reindeer husbandry.

Kalajoki Booking Centre is a DMC office in Kalajoki tourism area with full tour operator rights. Packages for FITs and groups and leisure programs for families. In addition, Kalajoki Booking Centre has accommodation selection ranging from the luxurious to the relaxed and easy Finnish cottage holiday, almost 300 accommodation destinations. Adventure Park Pakka

Adventure Park Pakka is currently the largest adventure park in Scandinavia. It has various high ropes courses for different levels of adventurers and the tallest adventure tower in Europe, the X-Tower, with a 330m long zipline, a climbing wall and the possibility to try free fall! The area also hosts a beautiful disc golf course, running through the dunes and the forest, a very popular sport in Finland. The site also has a Lappish hut (kota) to gather and grill during cooler times. Besides the climbing activities, Pakka offers group activities either indoors or outdoors, such as archery tag and bubble football.

Restaurant Pihvitupa 

Steakhouse Pihvitupa is an attractive à la carte restaurant right at the heart of Sand Dunes of Kalajoki. It is well known for its delicious steaks meals and wines. The restaurant’s main house, built of an old school's logs carved 100 years ago, has 40 customer seats. Glass terrace with 90 customer seats is also available all year round.

Langin Kauppahuone

The beautifully 19th century renovated café and boutique hotel is located right by the Pekka Square, it also hosts a shop and showroom for the Finnish brand Utua.he trade house is continuing the 200 years old merchant’s house tradition, also sharing stories of the inhabitants’ lives and historical people. Johan Lang, the house’s builder, patron and merchant, was once one of the biggest merchants in Finland.
