Sound & Silence® silence trekking with Snow Shoes

Sound&Silence® silence trekking with Snow Shoes includes walking in snowy forest with snow shoes. You will be guided to forest bathing and exercises of eco-therapy. Winter forest might be even more quiet than in summer time - it's like inside a cotton wool. Winter time is good for noticing just little rustles and snaps as the abundance of sounds is missing. Winter forest often gives the possibility to enjoy the strong and shining winter light.
