Perfect winter week in the Skellefteå region

Burträsk is a small picturesque village outside Skellefteå, the southern gateway to Swedish Lapland and only half an hour's drive from Skellefteå Airport. The village centre is within walking distance of Burträsk Camping. Burträsks top attraction is undoubtedly the cheese dairy of the world-famous Västerbotten cheese with visitor centre.

Varied winter activities

The winter week in Burträsk does not only consist of some of the "must-do" activities for a stay in the Arctic, such as dog sledding, snowshoeing and an elk safari with the snowmobile. Guests also have a unique opportunity to try out some of the most popular Nordic winter sports.
