Many travelers around the world have Arctic Europe on their bucket list, and we totally understand why they do. This trip will let you meet and learn from a selection of entrepreneurs from Swedish Lapland and Finnish Lapland, taking part in Visit Arctic Europe II.
We will start almost as southern as you can get here in Arctic Europe, Piteå. We will then take the road further on the Swedish side to Boden, Harads and Pajala before getting over the border to the Finnish side where we will get to meet companies from both Ylläs and Muonio.
All of this, you will experience from the safety of your home. Looking forward to meet you!
The digital fam trip is a webinar in which a region or company presents its activities and services virtually via authentic, pre-produced videos. On June 1 and 2, you will have the opportunity to meet providers from Piteå, Boden and Pajala in Sweden as well as Ylläs and Muonio in Finland.
The digital fam trip is aimed at international tour operators. Participation is free of charge. To participate you only have to fill out one of the forms below. Please choose the most suitable date and time for you. Registration is possible until May 17. The previous trips were all fully booked after a few days, so if you are interested you should register as soon as possible. The link to participate will be sent to you by mail shortly before the digital fam trip takes place.

In the eastern parts of Swedish Lapland, you will find the glistening gem, Piteå. Piteå is a place of contrasts, the archipelago, sea, rivers, forests, and an amazing countryside. Sweden’s highest water temperatures are often recorded at Pite Havsbad on the “Swedish Riviera” – hard to believe if you heard the ice crunching against the hull of an icebreaker a few months earlier.
KUST Hotell & Spa is so much more than northern Sweden’s new design hotel in the heart of Piteå. It’s a journey along the mighty Piteälven River, from the mountains in the north to the sea and archipelago in the south. Discover KUST Spa under the open sky. Here, you will feel the rich contrasts of nature against your skin. Unwind in one of our relaxation pools out on the spa terrace or take an ice bath and sweat it out in the dry sauna – all year round.

Boden is a small-town with a long history of integration with different Swedish cultures. People from all over Sweden moved here to work in the Swedish Army or by the railway. Childhood best friends Eric and Jörgen have an unbreakable bond that has seen them follow in each other’s footsteps for the past 30 years.
Bound by their passion for the natural environment and desire to touch the lives of other people, their shared trajectory has brought them to a secluded corner of northern Sweden, right at the edge of civilization.
The story of the cabin predates the beginning of Eric and Jörgen’s friendship. It was originally built in the late 1800s as a temporary home for hardworking loggers as they transported timber along the rushing rivers and streams to sawmills on the coast. Now, their journeys have merged. You will be welcomed into a charming wood-clad cabin, swathed in a cocoon of crisp, clean air, untouched nature, total silence, and deep love for people and place. Five kilometers of forest separate Loggers Lodge from its nearest neighbor so complete privacy is guaranteed.
With a rich array of outdoor activities on the doorstep, tempting dishes on the table, and warm hospitality all around. There is no better place to disconnect from the outside world and rediscover the beauty of life, than Loggers Lodge.
