Zleep Hotels A/S has merged with Core Hospitality A/S to form one of the largest hotel operators in Denmark. Under the name Core Hospitality, the company becomes the fourth-largest hotel operator in Denmark, managing 19 properties across five brands, including the 14 Zleep hotels in Denmark, two Moxy hotels in Norway and several Marriott hotels in Copenhagen. This merger follows the separation of Zleep and Deutsche Hospitality, with Core Hospitality now taking full control of the operations in Denmark.
The expanded platform, led by CEO Peter Haaber, will utilise its increased scale to negotiate better terms, strengthen commercial efforts and offer investors more brand flexibility. With a team of 500 employees and a pipeline of new hotels, Core Hospitality is focused on strengthening its position in Northern Europe.
