The new Icelandic airline Niceair will start operations on the Düsseldorf - Akureyri route in May 2023. From 6 May, the small town in the north of Iceland will be served weekly on Saturdays.
An Airbus A319 with around 150 seats will bring travelers to Akureyri, which is considered an ideal starting point for round trips in Iceland.
