Tour operators sourcing Nordic products at WTM London will find suppliers from three countries at one shared stand. From 3–5 November 2026, Visit Norway, VisitDenmark and Visit Finland will exhibit with more than 40 partners as “The Nordics” at stand S4-520 at ExCeL London.
The official exhibitor directory includes transport providers, accommodation companies, DMCs and destination representatives. Among those listed are Havila Voyages and Fjord Tours, alongside Finnish partners such as Finnair, Visit Levi and Visit Ruka-Kuusamo. Danish exhibitors include Tivoli Gardens, Show Me Copenhagen and Arp-Hansen Hotel Group.
For Benelux tour operators, the line-up offers a starting point both for developing a first Nordic programme and for adding new elements to an established portfolio.
Rather than approaching the stand country by country, buyers could organise their meetings around the components they need: accommodation for a new itinerary, activities for a city stay or a DMC to coordinate local arrangements.
For operators exploring multi-country trips, having suppliers nearby also makes it easier to discuss potential combinations. Connections, operating seasons and booking conditions will still need to be checked before individual products can become a workable itinerary.
