Tallink Silja Line will once again operate its popular Summer Special Cruises in 2026. A total of eleven departures are scheduled: eight sailings to Visby and three to Riga, all operated by the Victoria I.
After a highly successful 2025 season, Tallink Silja Line is keeping the concept unchanged. “Our customers truly enjoy these short summer getaways – especially to Visby and Riga,” says Marina Jõgi, Sales Director at Tallink Grupp. “Because many travellers now book these cruises as Christmas gifts, we are opening sales early again this year.”
With the growing trend of gifting summer cruises during the holidays, Tallink Silja Line launches ticket sales well before Christmas. For 2026, the special cruise season will run from mid-June to early August, making it even easier to match the trips with summer vacation plans.
Each Special Cruise includes two nights onboard and one full day ashore.
Built in 2004 in Rauma, Finland, the Victoria I usually operates on the Helsinki–Tallinn route and accommodates around 2,500 passengers – offering a comfortable setting for short summer voyages.
