Those travelling to Kuusamo via Rovaniemi this winter can easily take the bus from Rovaniemi Airport or Santa Claus Village. Rukahuolto OY offers a shuttle service that is coordinated with some flights arriving Wednesday and Saturday.
The shuttle buses will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 02.12 - 30.03.2024 on request. Tickets must be booked at least 5 days in advance.
The timetable of the shuttle bus is especially planned to suit these flights:
Wednesday
Madrid 2.12.-10.2.: arrival 13:20, departure 14:00
London (Stanstead) 29.10.-3.3.: arrival 13:45, departure 14:10
Barcelona 2.12.-13.1.: arrival 14:30, departure 15:15
Paris 25.11.-16.3.: arrival 14:35, departure 15:35
Saturday
Milan (Bergamo) 4.11.-26.3.: arrival 10:50, departure 11:30
London (Stanstead) 29.10.-3.3.: arrival 11:20, departure 11:45
Bryssels 31.10.-30.3.: arrival 12:05, departure 12:30
Milan (Malpensa) 22.11.-24.1.: arrival 12:15; departure 13:00.
Tickets cost EUR 50 per person one way and can be booked online.
