New in 2026: Adjusted schedule for a better meeting flow

We’re updating the NORDEUROPA schedule for 2026 based on last year’s feedback. In 2025, meetings ran back-to-back without short breaks and many participants asked for more breathing room between calls.

This year, we are introducing a more comfortable and efficient structure:

• 20-minute meetings+ 5-minute breaks after each meeting
• 1 morning coffee break
• 1 lunch break
• 1 afternoon coffee break

With this improved schedule, it’s possible to hold up to 38 meetings across two days. And of course, you can still block selected time slots if you prefer half-day availability or need flexibility.
