Fjord Line now introduces even more flexible travel options with an additional departure between Hirtshals and Kristiansand, along with a midnight departure from Kristiansand to the Norwegian Westland.
The slight route adjustment promises increased flexibility between Hirtshals and Kristiansand, as well as an entirely new domestic ferry connection from Kristiansand to the Norwegian Westland. This change means that the large cruise ferries now travel to Kristiansand first, before continuing along the beautiful South Norwegian coast towards Stavanger, instead of directly from Hirtshals to Stavanger as before.
The new evening departure from Hirtshals to Kristiansand provides more freedom for departure for travelers from Denmark and Europe.
The evening departure also opens up the possibility of a day cruise from Kristiansand to Hirtshals and back. With 9.5 hours on board, guests have ample time to enjoy the numerous offerings, from delicious food and drinks to entertainment and live music, as well as attractive deals in the onboard shop.
Due to the route adjustment, a new option arises to travel directly from Kristiansand to the Norwegian Westland. Guests can comfortably bring their cars to Stavanger or Bergen without spending hours on the road.
