ITB 2010: Successfully built on wood

This year our stand on the ITB 2010 was well represented by a great mixture of offers from Finland, Sweden and Norway. The world’s biggest tourism fair was successful for us and our partners. We want to thank all participants as well as tour operators and interested parties that came to visit our stand. Special thanks go to the stand construction workers, who built a our stand completely out of wood and created real Nordic atmosphere in the Scandinavian Hall.

Helsinki and Kymi Region represented a wide selection of touristic products from Southern Finland. Oulu Region and the incoming agency GoArctic! opened the gate to Lapland, where Levi attracts guests with the new Hotel Levi Panorama and the traditional Hotel Hullu Poro. The Huskyfarm Saija offers rustic accommodation and exciting husky safaris in Taivalkoski. Boden region in Northern Sweden showed its both green and innovative sides by the new Treehotel and high-quality summer and winter safaris. New at the stand of Nordic Marketing was Lyngen Region up in the North of Norway with adventure safaris of the company Lyngsfjord Adventure and the calm camping ground of Strandbu Camping.
